Order Processing Time

Currently, order processing takes an average of 1–3 business days* before shipment. 

The estimated total delivery time for your order is shown below:

Estimated Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time. In general, delivery takes approximately 7–15 days.

( * Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. No shipments are made on national holidays or weekends.)

 

Shipping Fees & Delivery Information

    • Free Shipping Offer: Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping; orders under $150 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $9.
    • Tracking Information: When your order is ready to leave the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.
    • Shipping Delays: BARGOBET is not responsible for delays caused by logistics carriers. During the year-end holiday peak season, shipping backlogs may extend delivery times by 1–2 weeks. We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.

 

What Should I Do If I Haven’t Received My Package?

If you have not received your item for an extended period, please first check with your neighbors, roommates, family members, or anyone who may have been home at the time. Alternatively, contact us to initiate a postal investigation.

The following situations are not eligible for a full refund:

    1. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer;
    2. Delays caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, severe weather, and war);
    3. Delays caused by other factors beyond our control (such as public holidays and customs issues).*

( * After the carrier selected by us confirms delivery of your order, if any issues arise, we will do our best to assist you in locating the order. However, if the item cannot be recovered, we will not be able to reship it. We do not offer refunds or compensation for packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.)

 

Shipping Restrictions

Some remote areas may not be serviceable. Orders shipped to remote areas may take longer than usual to arrive and may incur higher shipping fees. Please allow additional time for delivery.

 

How Can I Check My Order Status?

1. By our Email

After successful payment and order placement, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the items purchased in this order.  Please make sure to check your inbox to avoid accidentally deleting the emails.

Due to timing differences, tracking information for some orders may not be updated immediately. Please do not worry. This does not mean that your package has not been shipped. Kindly wait for a short period, and you will be able to obtain logistics details based on the tracking information.

2. By Your BARGOBET Web Account

If you placed your order while logged into your BARGOBET account, please log in to your BARGOBET account to check your order status.

After logging in, select “Order History” from the top navigation dropdown menu. Once order details are available, we will promptly update the Order History page in your account.

3. Through Our Customer Service Team
