Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of products that are unworn, unopened in their original packaging (if delivered in branded packaging), and in resalable condition.


No exceptions will be made. If you notice that the package is damaged or appears to have been opened before opening it yourself, please take photos immediately.


Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

   

Return & Exchange Process

Important Notice: Do not return any products without prior return authorization. Your return request will be rejected under the following circumstances:

  • The box has been opened or the seal has been tampered with.
  • You have not obtained return authorization from our customer service team.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any products that appear to have been worn or tried on. This is also for your protection—you certainly would not want to wear underwear that someone else has worn, and neither would we!

Step 1: Before returning any item, please contact us at support@bargobet.com. We do not process returns via phone calls, voicemails, text messages, or social media direct messages. Please also provide photos of both the front and back of the packaging box. This helps us confirm that the product remains unopened and that the tamper-proof seal is intact. For unwanted items, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase.

Step 2: Once we confirm that the product has not been opened or used, our customer service team will approve your return request. You may then send the product back to us, and we will process a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, as this is essential to protect it from damage during transit. You will be responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process.

Step 3: Our customer service team will inspect the returned item. If the item remains in its original condition, we will confirm the return and process the refund within approximately 7 days. UK law requires refunds to be completed within 14 days, but we will strive to process them as quickly as possible.

Important Notice: If the item is not returned in the original outer shipping carton and the branded packaging is damaged as a result, the item may no longer be resalable. In such cases, your return request will be rejected.

What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged/Soiled/Defective?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
All defective items must be returned within 14 days from the invoice date.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Bargobet accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item remains brand new, in its original packaging, and does not fall under any of the ineligible conditions listed below. If you choose to return an item and it remains in its original packaging, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that do not qualify for return or exchange include:

  1. Clearance items, display items, final sale items, promotional items, or opened-box items
  2. Items with the sewn-in label removed
  3. Signs of use (including but not limited to lint, defects, stains, scratches, or odors)
  4. Items that have been used, washed, damaged, resold, or are missing original packaging or accessories
  5. Items received more than 14 days ago

All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not brand new, unused, or that fail to meet any of the above return conditions.

    

Do I Need to Pay for Return Shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable and non-compensable. We also do not provide or arrange pickup services. The return process is as follows:

  • If you wish to request an exchange, please email support@bargobet.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • All items must be inspected and returned in brand new condition.
  • For subsequent exchanges, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund amount will be the full purchase price minus the original outbound shipping fee.
  • Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship your replacement item.

   

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?

After your package arrives at our facility, please allow 5 business days (longer during peak seasons depending on circumstances) for us to process your return. If your return does not meet the above conditions, we will send the package back to you at your expense. Once your return request is approved, we will immediately process your refund and send you a confirmation email. After confirming that the item is in good condition, we will issue the refund via your original payment method. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return request was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us through our online form.

Important Reminder: Clearance items, opened new items, daily deals, or any discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returns that do not meet the above standards.
