Shipping & Delivery

Current order processing averages 1-2 business days* before shipping. Once your order ships, you will immediately receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow along.

*Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. No shipments are made on national holidays or weekends.

Shipping and Delivery

We do not provide PO Box delivery service. You will need to provide a physical address when ordering so we can send your order to you. Orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 will incur a flat shipping fee of $5.

When your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for easy tracking. Additionally, Bargobet is not responsible for carrier-related delays. During the year-end holiday season, carrier backlogs can sometimes extend shipping times by 1-2 weeks, so we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.

 

Package Not Received?

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please first check around your residence to confirm whether the driver placed the package out of sight, and check with your neighbors to see if they mistakenly received the package. FedEx occasionally marks packages as delivered early, so please allow 24 hours for the shipment to arrive after the initial delivery date. If you still have not received it 24 hours after the package was marked as delivered, please contact us so we can trace it with the carrier.

 

Tracing averages 2 business days to complete and must be completed before we can process the lost package procedure. You must contact us within 5 days of the order being marked as delivered so we can initiate tracing. If you do not contact us within that timeframe, we will be unable to trace it, and the replacement package will be treated as a warranty replacement. Packages reported as lost more than two weeks after the delivery date are not eligible for replacement.

 

If the carrier is unable to retrieve and redeliver the package within that timeframe, we can send you a one-time replacement package. *We cannot provide refunds for orders that show as delivered. If possible, we recommend providing an alternative address or having the order sent to the nearest FedEx location for pickup to ensure successful delivery.

*Replacement items are not eligible for return or refund. If you do not want a replacement, we can provide store credit equal to the item's value.

I made a mistake when placing my order. Can I change it?

Before placing an order, please ensure all shipping details are 100% correct.

Bargobet is not responsible for incorrect or missing shipping information provided at checkout. In such cases, we will not process any refunds.

Bargobet is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible if items are lost or stolen after your local postal service marks them as delivered. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

If you entered an incorrect delivery address or want to change/cancel your order, please send an email to  support@bargobet.com  within 1 hour with your order number and details. Once we begin processing your order, we will no longer accept changes or cancellations.
