Where do you ship to?

We have a robust logistics infrastructure that allows us to ship to over 130 countries (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Cyprus, and Malta).

When will I receive my order?

We are typically able to process your order within 1-3 business days! Once the order ships, delivery time will vary depending on your location. We will do our best to deliver your package on time. However, packages may be delayed due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays, peak seasons, local carrier delays, etc., so we cannot guarantee on-time delivery. Thank you very much for your patience.

Why is there no update on the shipping status? Is my package safe?

Since some packages are shipped internationally, you may not be able to see package updates through your local courier company until the package is in transit, clears local customs, and is approved for entry into your country/region. This process may take 3 to 5 business days. If your order is still within the estimated delivery time, please be patient! Once this process is complete and scanned by your local courier company, you will be able to see your tracking updates.
If your order has not been updated for a long time and is overdue, you can contact us or the courier company for assistance.

Do I need to pay any customs or duty fees?

Packages sent to the following countries are not subject to duties or taxes:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Australia, New Zealand.

Packages sent to all other countries may be subject to duties and taxes. All import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged after the package arrives in the destination country.

If required, customers must pay these fees before the package is released and delivered. If the customer refuses the package, we will not provide a refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We will do our best to process and ship as quickly as possible, so if you need to change your order, please email service@sparkpaws.com immediately. If we can process it in time, we will update your order! If you are unable to process the change in time, we offer fast and convenient exchange or return services.

My package shows delivered but I didn't actually receive it - what should I do?

Please check the following:

  • Please ensure your order address is correct

  • Check with neighbors and family members (sometimes they help pick it up)

  • Check the delivery location (mailbox)

  • Check for attempted delivery notices

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return or exchange?

We want you and your pup to love what you ordered! If they don't fit perfectly, don't worry - we've simplified the return process!

First, please ensure your returned items meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

Apparel: Brand new, tags intact, and returned with original packaging. Must be free of odors and dog hair

Collars and Leashes: All our collars are wrapped in a protective layer to prevent scratches. Once the protective packaging is removed, we will no longer accept any returns

Exchanges
Your First Order
Free exchange! We want to make sure you get the right size on your first purchase and eliminate future sizing issues.

  • Email support@bargobet.com within 30 days of the first delivery date.

  • All returned items must be brand new and inspected.

  • For additional exchanges, you will need to return the item at your own expense.

  • Once we receive your return, we will ship your exchange item.

*Free exchanges only apply to apparel and walking items (same style, different size). Accessories and leash products are excluded.


Returns

  • Email support@bargobet.com within 30 days of the first delivery date.

  • You will need to bear the cost of returning the item yourself.

  • All returned items must be brand new and inspected.

  • Once we receive your item, we will refund you or provide store credit, minus the original shipping cost.

How long do I have to return or exchange?

Within 30 days from the shipping date, you can return items for exchange or refund

How long does it take to process my exchange or return?

Exchanges and returns will be processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive your returned item.

Exchanges:

We will process your exchange after we confirm the item has been returned to our warehouse. We will keep you updated via email.

Refunds:

Your refund will begin processing within 2 to 3 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Do you refund shipping costs?

First-time orders get free exchanges!
If you are returning an item not due to quality issues, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • US customers can arrange their own return shipping, but a flat fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling fees.

  • Non-US customers need to arrange shipping of items to our return warehouse located in the United States. This cost is non-refundable

Can I return "Final Sale" items?

"Final Sale" items are sold at significant discounts for you to enjoy great savings. Such items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please carefully confirm the size before purchasing "Final Sale" items.

 

Sizing and Fit

How can I find the right size for my dog?

We understand that choosing a size can be confusing if you are ordering for your beloved dog online for the first time. But don't worry, our "Free Exchange on First Purchase" policy is here to serve you! If you have any questions about a specific size or need sizing assistance, please email support@bargobet.com to contact us.

What if my dog's size is in between?

If your size is between two sizes, please choose the larger size. We recommend prioritizing chest girth over neck girth and back length.

I bought a size but it's too small/too big - what should I do?

We understand that choosing the right size can be a bit tricky, especially if you are ordering for your beloved dog online for the first time. Therefore, we offer free exchanges on first purchases so you can choose the right size and avoid sizing issues in the future. Just email support@bargobet.com and we can process the exchange for you.
