What is your return policy?

Bargobet accepts returns and exchanges for items returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the items remain in brand new condition, must retain original packaging, and do not meet any of the following disqualification criteria. If you choose to return an item and it is still in its original packaging, we will be happy to exchange it or provide a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items are not eligible for return or exchange if they:

  1. Have been personalized through embroidery or vinyl lettering

  2. Are clearance items, seasonal products, final sale items, promotional items, or open-box items

  3. Have had sewn-in labels removed

  4. Show signs of use (including but not limited to: dog hair, dander, dirt, stains, scratches, odors, etc.)

  5. Are gear that has been used, altered, washed, damaged, or is missing original packaging

  6. Were received more than 30 days ago

  7. Are replacement items sent due to lost packages or warranty

All returns will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returns that are not brand new, unused, or meet any of the above disqualification criteria.

Most orders ship on the same day or within 1-2 days of receiving the order. Please note that we are not responsible for and cannot replace items that are stolen or lost from your delivery address. This includes mail rooms and any designated package drop-off points at your residence. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or address changes after the product has shipped from our warehouse. Please be sure to carefully check your delivery address and ensure it is secure and reliable to avoid these issues. After our chosen carrier confirms delivery of your order, if issues arise, we will do our best to help you locate your order, but if the item is not recovered, we will be unable to replace it.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or reimbursed. Additionally, we do not provide or arrange pickup services. The return process is as follows:

  • Contact within 30 days of delivery at support@bargobet.com for an exchange.

  • All items are subject to inspection and must be returned in brand new condition.

  • First-time order exchanges are free (apparel and walking shoes only). This ensures you receive the correct size on your first purchase.

  • For subsequent exchanges, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the full purchase amount minus outbound shipping costs will be refunded.

  • Once your return is received and approved, we will ship your exchange item.

Please contact us directly at support@bargobet.com so we can assign you a return number. We do not process returns via phone, voicemail, text message, or direct message, only through the email listed above. Any returns without a return number will not be accepted.


I want to exchange for a different size/color product. What should I do?

As long as the item is unused, not personalized or altered, and not a final sale item, you can return it within 30 days for another item. To initiate an exchange, simply contact us at  support@bargobet.com  . We will then guide you through the steps to generate an RMA and exchange instructions.

To complete the exchange, you can select the new item you want, or you can choose to return the item first to receive store credit, which you can then use to redeem other items. If you choose to only return the item for a refund, it will be treated as a return rather than an exchange and will require payment of return shipping costs.

I love my gear but want to exchange it. What should I do?

We want to make sure our gear fits your beloved dog. First, please initiate the order return process. You will need to provide your Bargobet order to process the return. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. Then, let us know your choice of desired size/color. Some items may not be eligible for exchange. If you need assistance with sizing for your item, please contact our Customer Experience team.

I received a BARGOBET gift. How do I return it?

We accept returns for unused items in matching style/color. Gifts can receive a bargobet.com e-gift card. Please contact our customer service team to confirm your return eligibility. We will need you to provide the style name, size, and color. Once return eligibility is confirmed, we will issue you a return authorization and guide you on how to return the item to us.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

After receiving your item, refunds may take 5-8 business days to arrive. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed.

Once we receive the item in good condition, we will arrange a full refund through your payment method within 5-8 business days. Clearance items, open-box items, daily deals, or any items sold at a discount are final sale items and are not eligible for return or refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for any items that fall under the unacceptable returns mentioned above.

Changing, Modifying, or Canceling Shipped or Delivered Orders

If you entered an incorrect delivery address or want to change/cancel your order, please send an email to  support@bargobet.com  within 1 hour with your order number and details. Once we begin processing your order, we will no longer accept changes or cancellations.
